Outstanding Customer Service

This review is for Dhirendra Singh from Travel Desk based at Hotel Sofitel Downtown Dubai. I'd like to say a big thank you to him for all his help and customer service during my seven day visit and stay in December 2024. He was polite, friendly, conversational and made me and my family feel completely welcome. On the first day of arrival, he was happy to review my itinerary and make recommendations (e.g. grouping nearby attractions, visiting times, order of visiting and taxi drop off points) and also helped me to purchase tickets (through Rayna Tours) to visit Burj Khalifa on the first day of arrival in the evening as well as a Boat Tour (called the Extended Sunset Luxury Yacht Tour with Barbeque meal) starting from the Dubai Marina a few days later. He was also responsive to all my messages and queries via WhatsApp and throughout the trip, I felt relaxed and assured about being able to visit all the places that I wanted to - which I did! Having him (or a travel representative) there inside the Hotel was really helpful and took away all my worries about not being able to book attractions and activities prior to travelling. Thank you once again to him and I wish him all the best!

Dhow Cruise Marina

The driver was so professional and was careful considering that my wife is pregnant. Thanks to him and appreciate his kindness. It was my first time experience in a dhow cruise. Well presented and well prepared. I did not see the inclusions properly and so the Tanura Dance was surprising. The food was delicious, specially the deserts. It was a nice to cruise admiring at the Marina view and having food on table while enjoying the Tanura Dance.
