How to redeem

  • Please check your mailbox and download the ticket.
  • Present it at the venue or turnstile for scanning.
  • Once scanned, you can enter the Venue

Good to know

  • Please arrive at the venue at least 30 minutes before the session commences.
  • All entrants must pay AED 5 to enter Creek Park. Tourist can buy a direct ticket from the counter or by Kiosk. Residents can either buy a ticket or use the NOL card
  • Shared transfers are only provided from centrally located hotels and residences in Dubai city. (Deira, Bur Dubai, Sheikh Zayed, Marina).
  • The timings for transfers may vary, depending on traffic conditions and your location.
  • Children under the age of 2 years are admitted free of charge.
  • For water activity, Children must be 8 years old or above, and confident swimmers.
  • Pregnant women and people with injuries will not be allowed swimming with dolphin
  • Our terms and conditions prohibit eating, drinking, and smoking inside the vehicle during any tour that includes transfer services.
  • For time slot-based ticket bookings with transfers, if transfers are delayed, consider using alternative transportation to arrive on time and prevent no-shows. Refund requests for transfer issues can be submitted later.
  • For majestic swim and meet and greet majestic experience , you will receive a separate confirmation mail. If you do not receive it within 12 hours of your booking, kindly reach out to our Customer Support

Dubai Dolphin nd Seal Show

Today was our third day in Dubai nd we were picked up for our Dolphin show by Mr Toseef Ghafar..He was very polite nd well mannered.. Really loved the experience..

even you get tickets from rayna tours, check with attraction before you arrive there — booked dubai dolphinarium.but when we visited it was closed for a month.rayna tours never informed us that and that cost us half a day of our tour and we had to travel back and forth with the 2year old.after informing the situation they said they'll refund in about 7to10 days.but they never refunded until i've make another inquiry after 14thday.that's when they started to process the refund.we gave 2tar only because their quick response on their hotline and email

Interesting dolphin and seal show

Dubai Dolphinarium has a huge indoor amphitheater where we watched the dolphin and seal shows. The performance of dolphins and seals was touching.
