The experience

Louvre Abu Dhabi is a collaborative effort between the governments of the UAE and France. Contrary to its name, it is beyond replicating the model or content of the Louvre Museum in Paris. It rather establishes a rational route of discovery, openness, and oneness, thanks to its unique and enlightening approach. With Louvre Abu Dhabi tickets from Dubai, enjoy a stress-free exploration of this museum as you navigate diverse civilizations through its extensive exhibits, compare and learn them in-depth, and contemplate their genuine values.

WHAT TO EXPECT

Travel through Different Periods & Distinct Civilizations

With loans from legendary museums like Musée du Louvre, Musée d’Orsay, and Centre Pompidou, Louvre Abu Dhabi showcases a vast spectrum of objects depicting ancient and the latest contemporary artistic expressions in its massive 86,000-square-foot facility. With its hundreds of exhibits presented chronologically, it will take you through distinct periods, from the pre-historic times and the birth of Islam to the classical age and modern era.

Marvel at Captivating Architecture & Inspiring Location

Louvre Abu Dhabi Universal Museum is truly an impressive spectacle on water. Designed by the award-winning French architect Jean Nouvel, it encompasses a series of stunning white structures that reflect an Arabian city. In fact, it forms one of the main highlights of the thriving Saadiyat Cultural District, which also hosts museums including the Zayed National Museum and the Guggenheim Museum.

Feel the Impressive Rain of Light Effect

The museum’s main highlight is its intricate and multi-layered geometric lace dome, enhanced by thousands of star-like cladding patterns. This is inspired by the region’s ancient construction techniques, such as the traditional Falaj water system and interweaved palm leaves. The resulting structure provides elegant perforations, creating a stunning contrast of sunlight and shade. This makes for some stunning Instagram shots.

You can further enrich your cultural exploration by visiting Qasr Al Watan, showcasing the nation’s heritage and architecture, and Qasr Al Hosn Abu Dhabi, the city’s oldest landmark that reflects its deep-rooted history.

Outstanding Customer Service

Abu Dhabi City Tour with Louvre Museum was well worth the trip! Vivek Chhetri efficiently set up the tour on short notice and gave us a good price; providing outstanding customer service throughout the process. Vivek outlined the entire outing so we knew what to expect. After the outing Vivek was eager to hear our feedback so he could share it with other clients. The pickup was right on time and the mini-bus was comfortable. Our tour guide, Awais, was very engaging and knowledgeable; great UAE history lesson. He kept the group on task with precise time constraints to ensure adequate time at each stop. The Louvre Museum is a beautiful space presenting history around the globe, really enjoyed the visit. Based on this outing, Abu Dhabi warrants a longer stay. Thanks for making the process smooth for this fun, engaging outing!

Discover Abu Dhabi in one day : it's possible with Rayna !

Gafoor was an excellent guide. Such a nice gentleman, so passionate about his work and so dedicated to his client. A great driver and tour guide, perfectly on time and organised, very adaptable and knowledgeable about the city tour that you and I had planned together yesterday. We did even more than what I was expecting to do and he dropped me back at 6 pm after a full day.

Very well organised Private 8-hour day trip with driver in Abu Dhabi

àˆ stato proprio una bella giornata I posti erano bellissimi La residenza del Presidente, La moschea,il museo Louvre dall'esterno , Abrahamic Family Buildings (which was really very impressive finding these 3 religions together) the dates' market was also very interesting finding the different qualities of dates The heritage Village per noi era il meno interessante perಠdal villaggio si poteva vedere lo Skyline di Abu Dhabi che era molto bello Raccomanderei assolutamente la vostra agenzia e anche il vostro autista Sig. Tauheed Ahmad, che per noi é stato una parte molto importante della vostra organizzazione, un bel biglietto da visita grazie ancora

Just One day in Abu Dhabi

Tauheed Ahmad was our driver for the full day City tour. He was very polite, competent and helpful. Bravo! Our tour was interesting overall in the culture district. Beautiful the Louvre Museum and the Abrahamic family house (finally something has been concretely done for tolerance between religions). The Al Zayed Mosque was marvelous, but too crowded of tourists impolite and pushee. The Presidential Palace, nice, but my feeling was that no one really lived there.
