  • This service is a shared service and passengers can be grouped with other passengers while assisted (FOR GOLD, it is exclusive and not on sharing basis)
  • A special hand baggage trolley has to be requested in advance (at the time of booking the service)
  • Buggy transfer through the airport terminals is subject to availability and access

Best service

I would like to thank Nizam (+971 50 603 7865 ), he is simply the best in the business. He has helped me apply for shengen visa. Nizam's expertise, professionalism, and attention to detail are unmatched. He knows the ins and outs of the entire process, making what could be stressful incredibly smooth and hassle-free. Great service

We booked from our hotel - Kempinski boulevard- with Rayna tours. We went to the Old city with a private guide who speaks our language- it was a very nice experience. We also went to dinner in the sky, everything was perfect. Thanks to Sameer who booked everything for us and made sure to check on us and update us with everything- a GREAT service. Kamran Khan Ezaz Ul Haq Excellent job done by these fellows with Quantum of knowledge about the Great Royal Family & other sight seeing monuments as scheduled tour. The managing skill of your families & to tackle them all binding all of them like a family & keep the trip in manageable time frame. Very interesting, knowledgeable & joy full tour. Great service

Great service. All the drivers were very polite and accommodating. Some went above and beyond to make our experience amazing. Special mention to Samsher Sabir, Faizan, Asif Ali and Toseef Ghafar. Please note that during the peak season, it would have been great if we could have started earlier and avoided waiting in long queues at the venues. Overall, would recommend you guys to friends and family.
