Worst Customer Experience

Dealing with their agent Akshat to book a day trip to Oman for the below tour - as per their policy Africans are not allowed even though South Africans are visa exempt for travel up to 14 days - when asked is this a company policy I have yet to receive a response : Musandam Dibba Tour - 220 AED - without transfer Musandam Dibba Tour - 290 AED - with shared transfer *Important Information for Residents and Tourists* - For Residents and Tourists: Both passport and visa copies are required at least 3 days before the tour date to arrange entry approval. - For UAE On-Arrival Guests: Only passport copies are needed, and they should be sent at least 3 days before the tour date to arrange entry approval. *Guidelines Oman Musandam* - Advise carrying the original passport on the day of the tour date. - UAE Tourist visa holders (single entry) will be restricted from traveling to Musandam as their UAE visa may expire upon border crossing. - UAE multiple-entry visa holders are also allowed to travel. - UAE visa-on-arrival tourists can cross the border without paying an exit fee until further notice. - UAE residence visa holders must have a minimum of 3 months visa validity and 6 months passport validity at the time of travel. - All UAE residents, including children and infants, are required to pay AED 31 as border fees. - Document submission procedures remain the same, and the Border permit must be submitted 3 days prior to travel. - Other Asian Countr

Memorable Experience

One of the memorable experiences so far is being in UAE through its Musandam tours and travels but amazing vehicle condition, great food, and punctuality with every planned activity. worth it with the magnificence blue ocean and cool breeze made my trip amazing. Only the hard time was the Oman border crossing due to its long weekend so you will be back at our home after 15 hours...
