- If it doesn't appear in your inbox, please check your spam or junk folder, and notify us if you cannot locate it.
- Upon arrival, please present your voucher either printed or on your mobile device to the driver for verification.
Good to know
- Please note that the children below 16 years of age can enjoy the desert safari only and will be charged accordingly (NOT allowed for Shisha or Dune buggy)
- The infants will NOT be allowed for dune bashing and need to be accompanied by a guardian at all times
- If the location is far off from SIC pick-up points our operations team will coordinate with you to suggest a standard meeting point
- Pregnant women or people suffering from backache are not recommended for this Tour
- There will be no refund for partly utilized services
- No heavy luggage is allowed to be carried during this activity
