How to redeem

  • Please check your mailbox and download the ticket.
  • Present it at the ticket counter on ground floor to scan and exchange for physical tickets.
  • Scan them at the entrance to gain access to the venue.

Good to know

  • Ski/Snowboard equipment, Jackets, trousers, disposable socks, snow boots, fleece gloves, and Helmets will be provided at the venue for safety measures.
  • Helmets are compulsory for children under 13 years old.
  • Children under 14 years of age must be accompanied by an adult at all times.
  • To ride on the Snow Bullet Ride children must be above eight years of age, 125 cm in height and more than 30 kg in weight.
  • Adults should not weigh more than 120 kg
  • Some rides and features require height and weight restrictions.
  • Mobile and Cameras are not allowed inside the Penguin Encounter Area.
  • Drinking and eating on the cold side is only permitted at the Avalanche Café and North 28 restaurant
  • There will be no refund for unused or partially used services.
  • Guests are prohibited from bringing food and drinks into the Park.
  • Slope access is available for experienced Skiers/Snowboarders only.
  • For Snow premium, our operations will coordinate with you and the slot to be booked needs to be confirmed latest 48 hours prior to the visit date.
  • Guests must bring the confirmation email to the venue. If not received, please check with our team before visiting.
  • NOTE - Venue is not wheelchair accessible, Pregnant ladies are not allowed on the activities.
  • Our terms and conditions prohibit eating, drinking, and smoking inside the vehicle during any tour that includes transfer services.

I purchase tickets for 18:30 show for...

I purchase tickets for 18:30 show for LA PERLA at 14:30 on 3rd May for more than 2 hours I kept online with Their online CHAT and eventually had to buy the tickets myself from the LE PELE website directly. The operator on whatsapp from RAYNA TOURISM could not tell me for 2 hours whether I had the tickets confirmed or not. DO not buy last minute products from RAYNA. Even after 2 1/2 hours I have not received a single email from RAYNA to confirm that they have received my transaction. However I have a text from my bank stating that RAYNA have debited the money

I enjoyed the jet skiing adventure with Rayna Tours. Sohaib was an excellent person who guided me in handling the jet ski patiently. He even allowed me to take photos of the striking Burj Al Arab Hotel, and other stunning locations surrounding the Arabian Gulf.

Enjoy skiing in Dubai

The skiing facilities at Ski Dubai are world-class with well-designed slopes for skiing. The snow park has a range of activities for young and grown-ups. I enjoyed all the activities and will take them again.

Incredible Ski Dubai!

It was an incredible experience visiting Ski Dubai. The snow-laden hill station and a huge snow park are perfect to engage in skiing, tobogganing, and other activities playable in snow.

Top-notch skiing facilities

The ski equipment was all in mint condition and instructions from the staff were valuable. We tried skiing on all the levels of slopes, and it was great to feel the thrill. The activities like snowboarding and tobogganing were interesting.
