How to redeem

  • To redeem your tickets, please ensure you have either your E-tickets or printed copies with you.
  • Approach the turnstiles and place your tickets against the scanner.
  • Once scanned, you can proceed to enter the venue and embark on a memorable trip.

  • Passport or Emirates ID is mandatory to be carried.
  • Children below 12 years of age are not allowed.
  • The height, weight and age restrictions are as follows :
  • Age criteria : Guests aged between 12 and 65 years will be allowed (Minors under 18 years require the consent of their parent/s in person)
  • Weight criteria : Guests weighing from 30 to 120 kgs will be allowed.
  • Height criteria : Guests with height ranging from 130 cm to 200 cm will be allowed.
  • Wear modest and comfortable clothing (no loose dresses, skirts, flip flops, loose footwear, or long and loose scarves).

  • Ticket is valid the date and time slot selected.
  • Our terms and conditions prohibit eating, drinking, and smoking inside the vehicle during any tour that includes transfer services
  • Please note: Sky Views can be accessed through The Address Sky View Tower 1 Level 1, entry point next to residence entrance or via The Dubai Mall metro link to the main entrance of Sky Views - Level 1 (next to Marina Pharmacy).

A Journey to the Pinnacle of Luxury

Embarking on the Burj Khalifa Sky tour with Rayna Tours was an experience beyond compare. From the moment I entered the 148th floor lounge, I was enveloped in an atmosphere of luxury and grandeur. The observatory deck on the 148th floor provided unparalleled views of Dubai. The interactive presentation was engaging and offered insights into the various corners of the Emirates.

Perfect Spot for a Romantic Date

It was a romantic date for us at The Address – Sky Views’ observatory deck. We got engrossed in the beautiful sunset view and the city lights later in the evening.

Sunset Splendor!

It was a magnificent experience to view the sunset from the observatory deck of the Sky Views. The orange and pink shades of the sky added a unique charm to the city. It was a magnificent scene that I will always treasure.
