How to redeem

  • To redeem your tickets, please ensure you have either your E-tickets or printed copies with you.
  • Approach the turnstiles and place your tickets against the scanner.

A day in Abu Dhabi

My wife and I took a 1 day Abu Dhabi tour. The tour guide was Waqar Ali Abro. The tour company was Rayna Tours. Although the logistics set up by Rayna Tours were not great, this was compensated by Waqar's can do and service focused approach. He was determined that we would enjoy a memorable day, seeing key sights and getting a good ˜feel' for the Emirate. Waqar was excellent and we'd recommend him highly.

Must do experience in Abu Dhabi!

We booked a safari trip with Rayna Tours from Abu Dhabi. The person at the reservation desk was very friendly and helpful. He explained us in detail all the activities included in the tour and how we could get the best of our experience. Our driver, Ikram, was very professional and polite. He ensured we got the best services during our safari experiences and was always there ready to satisfy any of our requests. We had a great experience with the desert safari from Rayna Tours. Their cars were comfortable, and their desert village had all the necessary services for an enjoyable experience. Great value for money.
