We stayed at Anantara and booked the dinner cruise with the help of the concierge. The driver picked us up right on time was extremely professional and drove very well even in heavy traffic. His name was Ali Ikram. When the cruise was over he was waiting for us no problem taking a straight back to the hotel. I've been on several dinner cruises this was definitely one of the best I've been on. Seeing the skyline of Dubai from the boat gives it a different perspective than driving in a vehicle. The food was Buffet style and was very good with a wide variety available for all diners. Our party ranged in ages from 70 to 8 and everyone enjoyed the food. there was music during the entire trip and my personal favorite of the evening was the saxophone player. They played a wide variety of contemporary and classic music. This was a great time and I highly recommend it to anyone one in a different perspective of the Dubai skyline.

Excellent service, little improvement needed on communications

We used Rayna services for multiple things and found it excellent, however was a gap/delay in communications from Sales Team i.e. after sales. 1. UAE VISA Time and fee taken was reasonable and requirement was fulfilled on time. 2. CITY TOUR Tour was excellent, pickup done on time from Hotel, and was shifted to big AC bus with Guide Mr. Aziz. Guide was good and friendly. Complementary water was also available. We covered all major attractions with stoppage on around five of them. Only a small issue of not providing Driver/Guide contact before Tour was there. 3. DHOW CRUISE MARINA We were pickup from Hotel and was taken in AC van to Cruise location where cruise ship/AC boat was waiting for us. Inside that all required facilities were there e.g. water, cold drinks etc. were there. There was automated guided voyage around Marina with instructions on time. Served buffet style dinner(both Veg and Non-Veg) with soft music. There was entertainment Tanura dance show by male artist. Then was dropped back to Hotel. DESERT SAFARI HALF DAY TOUR Picked up from Hotel in 4à—4 AC vehicle, however no contact of driver was given before time. Driver Mr. Jazib was very good, helpful and experienced. We enjoyed too much in dune bashing and then was taken to Rayna camp location, where we enjoyed Quad Bikes, rides purchased separately ob discounted prices in advance.
