Emma D’arcy’s iconic drink order will be playing in our minds on loop all week as we step into Negroni Week starting September 21. In partnership with bitters brand Campari, the initiative brings bars and restaurants together to celebrate the classic Negroni cocktail while raising money for Slow Food and its mission to foster a sustainable and equitable food and beverage world.
