The limited-edition Bulgogi Pie (Dhs75) takes inspiration from the twisted Korean doughnut kkwabaegi and comes packed with bulgogi-marinated beef, caramelised onions and shimeji mushrooms, topped with sesame seeds and served with a spicy mixed pickle on the side. Michelin-starred Jamavar Dubai has a new menu running from lunch right through to early dinner. Mains come with dal tadka and your choice of basmati rice or breads, while those making it to dessert can finish with cherry and black pepper or coconut sorbet.
