A new two-storey mall is coming to Dubai

Dubai is set to welcome a new community mall in Hind City, with the Dhs73 million project expected to be completed within two years. The project has been announced by Dubai’s Endowment and Minors’ Trust Foundation (Awqaf Dubai) in partnership with Voco Investments. The mall will span a 90,400-square-foot plot and feature two floors with 40 retail outlets. More information about what visitors can expect inside the mall is expected to be shared at a later date. The development is designed to serve the community while generating income for endowment projects across Dubai. Proceeds from the mall will go towards supporting mosque affairs across the emirate. Ghaf Woods Mall will bring a forest-inspired shopping experience to the city, with openings planned in phases until 2031. Meanwhile, Mall of the Emirates is getting a major upgrade, with 100 new stores and additional dining and entertainment spaces planned by 2027.
