Abu Dhabi adds hundreds of taxies to airport and city fleets

Getting to and from Zayed International Airport is set to become easier, with 800 new taxis added to Abu Dhabi’s transport network. The Integrated Transport Centre (Abu Dhabi Mobility), in collaboration with Abu Dhabi Airports, has expanded the city’s taxi fleet as part of ongoing efforts to improve mobility to and from the airport. The new fleet includes 500 luxury taxis dedicated to airport passengers, offering another option for travellers arriving in or departing from Abu Dhabi. A further 300 taxis will operate across Abu Dhabi city, helping to meet increased demand for airport journeys, particularly during peak periods.
