Here’s when these top outdoor attractions in Dubai are reopening

The cooler months are creeping closer… Have you noticed it’s getting ever so slightly cooler in Dubai? Here’s when these top outdoor attractions in Dubai are reopening

Have you noticed it’s getting ever so slightly cooler in Dubai? We can walk to our cars without instantly breaking into a sweat; a quick trip to the grocery store doesn’t feel quite as daunting and, on a good day, our glasses don’t even fog up (much). This can only mean one thing: winter is slowly but surely on its way, and some of Dubai’s favourite outdoor attractions are getting ready to reopen. And if you’re just as ready to get back outdoors, you’ll want to make a note of when these popular outdoor attractions in Dubai are reopening. Without a doubt, one of the most popular outdoor attractions in Dubai is Dubai Miracle Garden – the world’s largest natural flower garden. And it really is quite the sight, with more than 150 million blooming flowers spread across 72,000 square metres. Soon, those colourful heart-shaped arches and flower-adorned castles will once again be taking over our social media feeds. And, of course, we can’t forget the iconic life-sized Emirates A380 covered in thousands of flowers and plants. As of now, official dates are not announced, but the website does state the next season is expected to be October. We will be keeping our eyes open for the opening, so stay tuned. For many of us, Dubai’s cooler months just wouldn’t feel the same without Global Village. Whether it’s the food, the shows, the shopping, the rides or simply wandering through the pavilions on a cool evening, there’s something wonderfully familiar about it all. (And after a long summer away, we’re more than ready to welcome it back.) The Global Village official website also points to an October reopening, and this is one opening annoucement the whole team has got their eyes on. Fancy swapping the city jungle for the real thing? Head to Dubai Safari Park where you can get up close and personal with wildlife. The 119-hectare site houses 3,000 animals, 78 species of mammals, 50 types of reptiles, 111 kinds of birds, and amphibians and invertebrates. It’s divided into four villages and offers numerous experiences the whole family will love. No official date has been announced, but on the website it states the park will be ready to welcome visitors for Season 8 in October. Stay tuned.
