The UAE capital is getting ready for three days of running, functional fitness and big race-day energy, with athletes from across the region heading to Abu Dhabi to take on the challenge. The event brings the familiar HYROX format to the capital, combining running with functional fitness stations as athletes race through each stage and push towards the finish line. Female athletes and spectators will be welcomed on the day, giving the HYROX community a new way to experience the Abu Dhabi race. Then, from October 24 to 25, the event opens up for a full weekend of HYROX racing, with athletes from across the region expected to take on the course.
