Michelin Guide in Dubai 2026: The Michelin inspectors have spoken for a fifth year and have just announced the Michelin Star restaurants in Dubai for 2026 as part of a prestigious awards ceremony at Atlantis the Royal. On the big night, Hoor Al Khaja, Senior Vice President of International Operations at DET, stated, “Tonight it is a special one. It is the fifth edition of the guide and it’s not only an important milestone for the guide itself but also for Dubai as a city.” During her speech to guests, she added that Dubai will continue to strengthen its position in the world not just as a great destination for gastronomy, but as a great destination overall.” Gwendal Poullennec, International Director of Michelin Guide, who couldn’t attend in person on the night, spoke to the audience, stating, “Few cities bring together such a rich variety of cultures, cuisines and culinary traditions all while creating a dining identity that is undeniably Dubai.” * The What’s On Nightlife Awards 2026 shortlist is here – and you can help decide the winners * Here is the list of Michelin Star restaurants in Dubai for 2026: One popular Dubai favourite received two Michelin Stars.
