Nikki Beach resort and beach club to open in Oman next year

First announced back in 2023, the elegant new spot will be situated on Yiti Bay (around a 30-minute scenic drive from Muscat airport) and will bring the brand’s barefoot luxury essence to Oman for the first time. Offering stunning views across the marina, gardens and beach, the development will include a stunning hotel, a collection of residences, and a renowned beach club. The hotel will feature 140 stunning rooms and suites across two wings, plus a collection of 30 luxe villas, ranging in size from the one-bedroom beach, marina and pool villas to the two-bedroom pool villas and the three-bedroom Ultimate Villas. The see-and-be-seen Nikki Beach club will bring together music, dining, entertainment and art, while Cafe Nikki promises to be a relaxed and refined daytime dining concept. Escape restaurant will bring toes-in-the-sand beachfront dining to the shores of Yiti Bay, while the Lobby Lounge will provide a breezy backdrop for everything from daytime meetings, to drinks and light refreshments. Guests can make a splash at three swimming pools, perch up at the swim-up bar, and enjoy direct access to the marina. For pampering, the Nikki Spa promises to be a haven of wellbeing, while The Reef Children’s Club is a dedicated space for younger guests to enjoy endless hours of fun. Nikki Beach continues to grow its presence in the region, and alongside the OG Nikki Beach Resort and Beach Club in Dubai, the brand also has plans to expand into Ras Al Khaimah with a gorgeous resort and residences. Further afield, the brand has plans for resorts in Baku, Antigua and Marrakech.
