The team behind Kokoro are bringing a cult Japanese "burger" spot to Dubai
And it'll be at the new CMPLX in Al Quoz. The team behind Kokoro are bringing a cult Japanese "burger" spot Hikiniku To Come to Dubai.. News.

Dubai’s about to get a taste of one of Asia’s most talked-about Japanese dining concepts. Hikiniku To Come is set to open at CMPLX in Al Quoz this September, marking the brand’s first opening in the GCC. The concept is being brought to the region by FYTE Hospitality, the team behind Kokoro Handroll Bar and Window, and the group holds exclusive master franchise rights for Hikiniku To Come across the region. Originally from Asia, Hikiniku To Come has built a devoted following for its hyper-focused approach to hamburger dining. But this is not your usual burger situation. The name translates to ‘minced meat and rice’, and the menu delivers exactly that – a beef burger patty served with a bowl of rice (stay with us). The concept follows a ‘three just’ philosophy – just ground, just grilled and just cooked. Expect an open-counter setup wrapped around a central grill, giving guests a front-row seat as the Wagyu patties are cooked in real time. Rice will be served in refillable bowls and cooked in traditional Hagama pots, making it as much a part of the experience as the meat itself. The Dubai opening was originally planned for an earlier date, but was delayed due to… ahem… global logistics challenges affecting equipment, supply chains and operational setup.
