UAE approves 2027 – 2029 federal budget of Dhs292.5 billion

HH Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Vice President of the UAE and Ruler of Dubai has announced the UAE federal budget for 2027 – 2029. During a cabinet meeting on Monday, October 12, the Dubai Ruler announced that the three-year federal budget would see a total spend of Dhs292.5 billion, a 28.3% increase on the previous three-year period. Within that, Sheikh Mohammed confirmed that the 2027 budget would come with a total expenditure of Dhs90.1 billion. Announcing the news via X, the Dubai Ruler shared that, “Our priorities remain fixed and unchanged: education, health, housing, social services, and the quality of life and stability of citizens.” ALSO READ: Sheikh Mohammed shares 7 rules for life in Dubai Per the post, the breakdown for 2027 will see: Signing off the post, Sheikh Mohammed said, “And we will continue, under the leadership of my brother Sheikh Mohammed bin Zayed to strengthen the gains, preserve the achievements, and continue the work to build a better life.”
