Wynn Al Marjan Island Resort reveals spectacular new Townhomes and Royal Apartments

Wynn Al Marjan Island is set to seriously up the luxe for stays in Ras Al Khaimah, with its newly revealed Royal Apartments and Townhomes. The USD5.7 billion resort is set to introduce two signature royal apartments, dubbed its Palaces in the Sky, located within Wynn’s resort-within-a-resort, Enclave, as well as a collection of four ultra-luxury Townhomes. Serving as the resort’s most exclusive stays, they’re set to become the ultimate staycation spot for those looking to enjoy all that Wynn Al Marjan has to offer with a VIP edge. Crowning out Enclave will be the Mayfair Apartment and Paris Apartment, each a dazzling residence of 1,460 square metres. Seven bedrooms, multiple entertaining rooms and in-apartment dining and spa treatments are all part of the experience for guests of these one-of-a-kind stays, while each comes with its own distinct look and feel. With grand columns, hand-painted murals and a collection of artworks to rival any top collector, the Paris Apartment is a two-floor pied-à-terre. While the Mayfair Apartment draws inspiration from the great private residences of London, dressed in a jewel-toned green, with marble, rich millworker and gilded accents giving it an elegance and exclusivity. At the heart of the resort, four Townhomes are designed to feel like the great aristocratic mansions found in Paris, and promise to be the perfect stay for guests looking for privacy, space and residential refinement. Ranging in size from two- to four-bedrooms, they’re the most expansive guest accommodations ever created by Wynn anywhere in the world, and will feature private spa facilities, palatial living and dining rooms, a library, billiards salon, modern kitchen and generous spaces for hosting and entertaining. Last month the resort unveiled its completed 550-metre private beach complete with a sheltered lagoon and offshore reef, which will add to a burgeoning collection of amenities and experiences already confirmed for the resort, including a duo of acclaimed restaurants, Punchdrunk immersive theatre experience, and Les Vases de la Mer, the RAK iteration of Las Vegas’ multimedia show, Lake of Dreams, set to be six times larger that the original.
